Tavira
Tavira is a Portuguese city in the District of Faro located in the Sotavento area (Eastern Algarve).
The municipality is divided into six parishes: Tavira (Santa Maria and Santiago), Conceição and Cabanas de Tavira, Luz de Tavira and Santo Estêvão, Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo, Santa Luzia and Cachopo.
Tavira has several tourist developments in the city center and parishes.
Convento da Graça is located in the historic center of Tavira and has been restored being today the Inn of the ENATUR, classified as an historic Inn.
The barrocal and sierra area also have rural tourism ventures, such as agro-tourism, country houses and even a caravan park.
